French Butter Dish
This handmade french butter crock or butter keeper is a beautiful way to store and serve butter so it's soft when you want to use it. This French Butter Keeper will keep your butter soft and fresh because you store it at room temperature and seal in freshness by keeping about an inch of water in the bottom of the crock. When you're ready to use the butter, simply lift the top off and set on the table.
Simply pack your butter into the hollow flange that I built into the lid. Add water into the base, just enough to create a seal with the butter when the lid is placed on the top. This crock will keep your butter dairy fresh on your counter top for several weeks. Be sure to change your water every few days.Measurements: 3.25"h x 4.25"d(8x11cm.)
