Yukon artist, Esther Winter has combined the warm tones of repurposed antique time with bright new metals to create this unique jewelry.

The antique tin was originally a four gallon "Imperial Gasoline Can", in the 1920's. The can was flattened and repurposed to make a roof for a log cabin. Ten years ago, the cabin had to be dismantled because is was leaning precariously, Esther saved the rood and has repurposed it a second time in this beautiful jewelry.

This necklace features a 2.4 cm x 1.2 cm textured copper chevron triangle resting on a flat 3.5 x 1.8 cm recycled antique tin triangle and is suspended on a 16" sterling silver figaro chain.  Total necklace length is 17.5 inches.

Handcrafted in the Yukon, Canada.
